What is an Automatic Valve?

An automatic valve, also known as an Autovalve, is a component that operates, directs flow, rinses, and maintains water filtration equipment.

The valve operates automatically through an electronic circuit board mechanism. Therefore, users can easily adjust the operation time or material rinsing in the system.

Structure of an Automatic Valve

An automatic valve is composed of the following components:

LCD screen: The display screen supports up to 7 different languages, making it easy for users to monitor the functions and operations of the valve.

Inlet water line: Its main task is to deliver water from the source to the inside of the system for treatment.

Outlet water line: Its task is to deliver clean treated water to storage or usage points.

Waste water line: It disposes of filtered wastewater to the drainage pipe.

Operating Principle of Automatic Rinsing Valve

Generally, automatic rinsing valves are commonly used in medium to large-scale water filtration systems.

Depending on the number of water inlet and outlet ports, valves are divided into two basic types: 3-way automatic valves and 5-way automatic valves.

Initially, you need to unlock the valve for operation. Then, on the LCD screen, there will be operations for customers to set the appropriate mode, such as filtration mode, rinsing mode.

In the filtration mode, you should select the time for a filtration cycle. Then, water will be led from the source to the filter tank through the valve's water inlet. The water filtration process will start and deliver to the usage point after filtration. After the filtration cycle, the valve will switch to the rinsing mode, including:

Rapid rinse mode

After the water filtration is completed, dirt, impurities, algae will be retained in the rough filter column. The valve will automatically rinse the rough filter column according to the set degree and time.
